I am heading to Lake Geneva for the next few days for the Yoga Journal Conference.  Last night, I was all “I can blog about this while I’m there, I can blog about that while I’m there” until I realized that being a yoga conference and all, I should probably…not.  I should probably be present.  I should probably sit still with my little over active mind, be in the moment and see what there is to see, experience what there is to experience.

So that’s the game plan.  I’ll be back to regularly scheduled blogging on Sunday but in the meantime, have a great weekend, soak up the sun and maybe get your namaste on.
