I read an articled titled “Midwest Smacked By Historic Snowfall, Basically Shrugs It Off” yesterday and, yes, that’s exactly what happened. But catching a glimpse this morning of what appears to be a bike that will be buried in snow for pretty much the foreseeable future does put into perspective that Spring is a long, long way away.

Until then, these cold weather cures are getting me through. Salt bath, tea, coconut oil, a good book, repeat.
