When you’re wide awake at 4am, there are worse things than West Side Story being on tv. I would rather be asleep, I think, but a trip down memory lane where gangs have dance fights and everyone is really good at snapping isn’t the worst. And here I thought only infomercials were on in the middle of the night.

I ordered these pencils though. That’s pretty much the best thing I have to offer up right now.

Dusk felt really good tonight. An official closing on one hell of a fast and furious week. I’m looking forward to a weekend with zero plans outside of brunch with some girlfriends. Slowing down so I can speed back up next week.

Running on this lake front path just does not get old. Neither does waving hi to friends you come across while doing so. I liked this morning. Big time.
This afternoon, however, can go fly a kite. But whatever- that’s what happy hour is for.
